Healdsburg Youth Soccer League
The purpose of the Healdsburg Youth Soccer league (HYSL) is to develop, promote, and administer the game of soccer for the boys and girls under 19 years of age in the Healdsburg area. The HYSL wants to provide the appropriate level of competition by providing competitive level and recreation level teams and wants to ensure equal treatment for both. HYSL encourages the development of the fundamental skills of soccer and the spirit of team play.
The HYSL is an affliate of the California Youth Soccer Asscocation (CYSA). We have adopted the core values of the CYSA so that we can provide our players with the best possible soccer experience and beyond.
The HYSL along with the CYSA are committed to the development of children as people, not just players.
Youth soccer is a means to achieve a morally and socially superior goal, not a business.
Soccer teaches, encourages and honors principles of team work, self-esteem, and responsibility to others. Soccer is exciting, educational, energetic, and FUN! See you on the field!!
2011 Season Competitive Soccer Program
Our commitment is to offer the youth in our community the opportunity to play soccer at all levels available for youth soccer. Our goal is to develop the skills of our players, teach them the strategies of the game and at the same time have lots of fun!!
Healdsburg Competitive players enjoy the camaraderie of their teammates as they travel to tournaments and the feeling of accomplishment as they improve their skills and take pride in representing the Healdsburg community in league play.
