Walk-in Registration Sessions
Walk-in Registration Sessions will take place at Healdsburg Boys and Girls Club:

Saturday May 17th: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Wednesday May 21st: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday June 7th: 10:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Please remember to bring a photocopy of your child's birth certificate that will be retained in HYSL records.

Registration Fees

1. Registration fee is $110.00*
2. Volunteer Fee is $20.00* (fee will be refunded at the end of the year when volunteer form is completed and turned in. Forms will be available on line.)
3. No sibling discounts
4. PAC scholarship forms can be picked up at the Healdsburg Police Station.
5. Please include all fee's and make check payable to HYSL.
*Volunteer fee per family and registration fee per player.

NOTES: A $25 late fee per player will be charged after June 16, 2008 (missing paperwork will also result in late fee).
